The London Fashion Week

London Fashion Week is one of the most anticipated fashion events this year. Several top designers as well as young inspiring designers are showing their latest collections during the fashion week, showing some of the best fashion pieces for the year as well as top timeless items for you to enjoy. A lot of avid fashion lovers come to London specifically to attend the London Fashion Week and various fashion shows that are scheduled during the period.

This year’s London Fashion Week was no less interesting, with top designers such as Issa London, Christopher Kane, Jean-Pierre Braganza, and many other young designers showing their best collections. There were a lot of ground-breaking fashion pieces being introduced, attracting over £100 million of sales during the London Fashion Week alone.

Let’s not forget that London Fashion Week is part of a series of fashion weeks known as the Big Four, starting with New York Fashion Week, followed by London Fashion Week as the second event, and of course Paris and Milan next. Fashion lovers from all around the world as well as critiques and fashion editors are tuning in to the London Fashion Week for one reason: to discover what’s hot for summer and fall this year.

Maria Grachvogel showed several spectacular pieces during the 2010 London Fashion Week, with several gorgeous black dresses in her collection. Hakaan’s collection wasn’t less interesting, featuring several sexy – sizzling hot to be exact – white pieces that you can wear during summer days.
